and rent is due on the lst of each
month. Lease renewals are delivered
90 days preceding the expiration of
the lease, with a 30-day response
required. The security is placed in an
interest bearing account and is not to
be used for the last month's
rent. The security deposit is returned
less any charges, upon inspection
of a vacated apartment.

Is a complex comprised of nine four-unit residences located on a
dead-end street in a quiet residential area. All units are two bedrooms
in a two-storied building with a full basement. Designated off street
parking is provided. Snow removal is provided for the parking areas, as
well as all landscaping services. Washer and electric dryer connections
are available for each unit.
The monthly rent includes water and sewer service. In addition to the
monthly rent; the tenant is responsible for natural gas (heat, hot water,
and kitchen range), rubbish removal, eletricity, telephone, and cable services.
