Located on approximately 20 acres adjacent a rural landscape, the Harison
House Apartments are comprised of five two-storied buildings minutes from
downtown Canton and the St. Lawrence University campus. Although all buildings
are two-storied, an apartment is situated on a single level.  Each apartment
is afforded a secure storage space located in the basement; where the
rubbish room and coin-operated laundry facilites are also located.
The majority of the buildings are located some distance from the
street.  The grounds are well maintained and landscaped. The monthly rent
includes heat (baseboard hot water with thermostats in each apartment),
water and sewer (including heating of the domestic hot water), and rubbish
removal.  In addition to the monthly rent; the tenant is responsible for
electric, phone, and cable services.

month.  Lease renewals are delivered
90 days preceding the expiration of
the lease, with a 30-day response
required.  The security is placed in an
interest bearing account and is not be
used for the last months
rent.  The security deposit is returned
less any charges, upon inspection
of a vacated apartment.
